Every plan starts with a free trial. No charge is taken during the trial, and you are not billed unless you choose a plan at the end of it.
2Billing cycle
Plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the cycle you select. Annual plans are billed once for the full term at the discounted annual rate.
3Refund window
If the Service does not do what you expected, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. This applies to your first billing period on a plan.
Beyond that window, refunds are considered case by case — for example where a renewal was charged in error or the Service was materially unavailable for a sustained period.
4Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
5What happens to your data
Cancelling does not delete your workspace. Your history and measurements remain available; new measurements stop when the paid period ends. You can export your data at any time before or after cancelling.
6Usage-based charges
AI credits and API volume consumed within a billing period are not refundable, since the underlying provider cost has already been incurred. Unused credits do not carry over between periods.
7How to request a refund
Email us from the address on the account with the workspace name and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
