By creating an account or using GOCOSEO Intelligence (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3Workspaces and data
Each workspace is isolated. The workspace owner controls membership and roles. You may only access workspaces you have been granted access to, and you agree not to attempt to access data belonging to any other workspace or user.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system without authorisation, interfering with other users, or using the Service to violate any law.
5Connected accounts
When you connect third-party services (such as Google properties), you authorise the Service to access data from those accounts on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time.
6Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOCOSYS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
